To Use: In your Inventory, drag and drop your Puldar Armour Plate onto the piece of armour you wish to bolster.
A regular in the Imperial Federal Navy's armoury, this plate is uniquely crafted by Lorika Tek using a ceramic base that is ultra resistant to heat. Armour plating is used to add to the protection your armour provides. When you receive damage, both the Armour and the Armour Plate can absorb it.
There are no additional bonuses or penalties for mixing armour types. You may attach any armour plate to any piece of armour. As a Limited plate, Pulsar Armour Plate 7 (L) will give full protection at all times, regardless of its Trade Terminal value. To be most economical, your armour and plating choice should be optimised for the damage you expect to take.
